By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered by SUPER WEB DEVELOPMENT LLP are:

• Digital and non-tangible
• Custom-built or strategy-driven
• Delivered progressively based on client requirements and approvals

Because of this, traditional “returns” do not apply.

2. Development Services (Website / Software / Custom Development)

No Refund Once Work Has Started

• Once project work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• This includes (but is not limited to):
  • Website design & development
  • Custom software or plugin development
  • UI/UX design
  • Maintenance or enhancement tasks

Advance / Booking Amount

• Any advance payment, booking amount, or milestone payment is non-refundable once work begins.
• This amount covers time, planning, resources, and intellectual effort already invested.

Project Cancellation by Client

• If the client chooses to cancel the project after initiation:
  • No refund will be applicable
  • Any pending dues for completed milestones must be cleared

3. Digital Marketing Services

No Refund Policy

Digital marketing services involve strategic planning, execution, and time-based effort. Therefore:

• No refunds are provided once the campaign or service has started.
• This includes:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads / Paid Campaigns
  • Social Media Management
  • Content Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Lead Generation Services

Performance Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales, as results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
• Lack of expected results does not qualify for a refund.

4. Delays Due to Client

If a project or campaign is delayed due to:

• Late content submission
• Delayed approvals
• Non-responsiveness

Then:

• The project timeline may be extended
• No refund or compensation will be provided for such delays

5. Duplicate Payments

In case of a duplicate or excess payment made by mistake:

• The extra amount will be refunded after verification
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted

6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances (at our sole discretion):

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
• Processing time: 7–10 business days

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before raising any chargeback or payment dispute.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension and legal action, if necessary.
