All services are provided as per the scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon in writing (proposal, email, invoice, or contract).

2. Project Scope & Changes

  • The scope of work is strictly limited to what is mentioned in the agreed proposal or communication.
  • Any additional work, revisions, or feature requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as out-of-scope and may incur additional charges.
  • Timelines may change if the client delays approvals, content, feedback, or payments.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in INR or USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or invoice terms.
  • Advance payment is mandatory before project initiation.
  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or service interruption.
  • Taxes (GST or applicable taxes) will be charged as per Indian law.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and customized services:

  • No refunds will be provided once the work has started, partially or fully.
  • No refunds for SEO, digital marketing, development, consulting, or subscription services.
  • If a project is cancelled by the client after initiation, all payments made will be forfeited.

Please review the proposal carefully before confirming.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and access required for the project.
  • Ensure they own or have rights to all content (text, images, logos, videos) shared with us.
  • Review work and provide feedback within reasonable timelines.
  • Take responsibility for final approval before project delivery.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables only as agreed.
  • SUPER WEB DEVELOPMENT LLP retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted in writing.
  • Any third-party tools, plugins, themes, or licenses remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use or integrate third-party services (hosting providers, APIs, plugins, tools, platforms).

  • We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, pricing changes, or policy changes of third-party services.
  • Any third-party costs are borne by the client unless stated otherwise.

8. SEO & Digital Marketing Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.
  • Search engine algorithms and platform policies are outside our control.
  • Results vary based on competition, industry, website condition, and market factors.

We follow 100% white-hat practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SUPER WEB DEVELOPMENT LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, business, or reputation.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of the project unless required by law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Payments are delayed or not made
  • Terms are violated
  • Client engages in unlawful, abusive, or unethical behavior

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

12. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
