Pricing questions
Do you guarantee removal?
No honest provider can, because each platform makes its own decision. We confirm the links and scope before you pay, prepare strong reports, and escalate to hosts and search engines when a platform says no.
What counts as one removal?
One link or account taken down, or one search result de-listed. Copies of the same image on one page count once.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date, and you can move up or down at any time.
What if I have more links than my plan includes?
Send them anyway. We quote the extra links before doing any work, or suggest a better plan if that costs less.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Only the team on your case sees your files, and we delete them when you ask or when the case closes.
